Our coaching programs are:

  • One-to-one:
    Initial conversation by phone to determine desired outcomes
    A behavioral assessment to determine a manager's strengths and weaknesses
    One hour telephone session each week with homework and specific action plans
    Program length is available for 5-, 10- or 15-week time frames
  • Executive:
    Initial in-person conversation to determine desired outcomes
    A behavioral assessment to determine manager's strengths and weaknesses and a 360 assessment to receive input from members of your team
    One hour telephone session each week for 12-, 24- or 36-week time frames
